Tuition Reimbursement
Employers have a vested interest in making sure employees have the knowledge and skills to succeed in the workplace. And, by earning an advanced degree in your field, it’s a win-win for everyone. Keuka College accepts employer tuition reimbursement to finance the cost of your bachelor’s or master’s degree. If your employer is willing to pay for your education, it’s an opportunity that you shouldn’t pass up.
Getting Started
- Check with your employer to see if they offer educational assistance. Find out what their requirements are, as they vary from employer to employer. You may have to be working at the company for a certain amount of time, or there may be limitations to the type of degree eligible for reimbursement.
- If your company has a program in place, speak with your supervisor about the classes you’d like to take or what degree you’re seeking. If earning your reimbursement is competitive, try creating a list of ways your education will benefit the company.
- Once approved, contact the Office of Student Accounts to begin administering your reimbursement at (315) 279-5237, or studentacct@keuka.edu
